My Amputee Wife
My Amputee Wife

There are only a few pivotal moments in our lives where events conspire to either make us better or expose all our weaknesses. When my new girlfriend was suddenly confronted with a life altering decision I found myself at war with what I had always believed.

MY AMPUTEE WIFE is a memoir about my experiences during the last couple of years as my girlfriend underwent an elective lower leg amputation. There are a number of inspirational books for amputees and about amputees, this isn't one of them. This is a book about the other people involved, the husband, the children, the family and friends.
Oasis
The Oasis series is a loosely connected series of books that span many time periods and events around the desert kingdom known as Oasis.
The Desert War
The Desert War
When Roane begins to think that his childhood friend has decided killing him is necessary he is forced to examine his life. He doesn't like what he sees. The youngest man to ever earn the title of Master; he could be Swordmaster if he chose. Too bad only person who can give back the lost family honor that binds him is the very person intent on killing him. A chance meeting propels Roane into a series of decisions that force him to question his honor, his god, and his culpability.

Roane is a Master in name only. He has always disdained claiming a band of Takers to lead and excluded himself from the normal rituals of the desert kingdom of Oasis. When he learns the Swordmaster is plotting to wrest control of Oasis from the Sword Council by forcing war with neighboring kingdoms. He decides he can't just watch and wait for the Swordmaster to find a creative way to feed his blood to La Hoada. He has to stop the pending war; to do that he has to keep the armies of Catharis from entering the desert. The key is the captured and enslaved daughter of King Ardsen. The only problem: his banished and forgotten older brother intends to make her his wife, but first he is going to incite a revolt by telling the slaves of Oasis she died staked out in the desert like a criminal. She probably would have been better off had Roane left her to die out on Redemption Rock.

King Ardsen has a bold plan to secure Catharis as the supreme power on Ceradon, but it all hinges on his ability to get his armies across the vast ocean of sand known as Oasis. In order for that to happen he needs someone to go out into the sand, defeat the men of the desert, find their fabled city of Oasis and secure it. For Kyle Martel it was exactly the challenge he needed to gain a title so he could ask the king for his daughter’s hand.
The Desert Slave
The Desert Slave

As the oppressive heat of the desert beat down upon him all Zaire could think about was the fate of his little sister. The Merchant Prince would likely keep his promise, but not for a second longer than he said. Somehow Zaire had to escape, find the salt fields, free his sister and escape once more, all before the Merchant Prince started cutting off more limbs. His own chains rattled as another slave yanked at him to keep up. There was always revenge as well.
Daughter of Ceras
The Daughter of Ceras

Alycia Ardsen had everything a princess could desire except for a father who paid any attention to her and a mother who was still alive. When she was unexpectedly sent away everything changed. She was kidnapped, beaten and rendered powerless. She vowed that would never happen again.

Alycia joined the Daughters of Ceras and threw herself into a new life, thinking she could leave her previous one behind, thinking she could get her revenge against those who kidnapped her. Then her father died, her kidnapper became her friend, and the Daughters of Ceras sent her home to claim the thrown from those who would do anything to stop her.
